Sylva is a vibrant, casual restaurant for the local community to come together and enjoy seasonal food and drinks from breakfast to lunch.
With a focus on a deep love for fresh ingredients, the food is inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern home cooking, with everything made fresh in our kitchen.
Named after the local legend John Evelyn’s book, Sylva, we share the same passion and love for nature. From using second-class produce from our partners at Smith & Brock, to working with local businesses and upcycling most of our interior, nature and sustainability run deep in our roots.

Born from a partnership between London's premier fruit & veg wholesaler, Smith & Brock, and chef Shuli, Sylva is a place where the ingredients are the true stars of the show.
The food will showcase what nature has to offer, with different dishes available throughout the season.
