    Extract Coffee Roasters started in 2007 with one simple mission; Make Coffee Better. Better for growers, for communities, the environment, and guests. With their roastery based in Bristol, along with training spaces in London and Manchester, their coffee is ethically sourced and roasted on hand-restored vintage coffee roasters. Their commitment to community projects aligns with our values, making them the perfect coffee partner.

    They supply us with ‘Rocket’ coffee beans, herbal teas, and quality cocoa for our hot chocolate, as well as supporting us with coffee training.

    Being one of London’s oldest independent family-run wine merchants, with roots going back to 1870 when Francis Edwin Davy first started the business.

    Over five generations, it has built a reputation for sourcing and offering high-quality wines from around the world, developing strong relationships with growers and producers to bring exceptional bottles to its customers.
